During weekly-rentals in June, July and August all the guests of the farm-house will be invited to a pizza-dinner sometime during the week.

C) Nr. 1 apartment "4 + 3 sleeps IL GIRASOLE"
• Living-room with kitchenette + 1 double divan bed + 1 single divan bed
• 2 Bedrooms with double bed + 2 bathrooms with showers

D) Nr. 1 apartment 15 sleeps "IL MANDORLO"
• Living-room with fireplace
• 1 full kitchen
• 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds or 1 double bed (possibility of adding other 2 single beds)
• 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds or 1 double bed (possibility of adding 1 single bed)

Supplement for HB to be paid directly by the gusts on siteDinner is served at Locanda Solomeo restaurant (1 km. away):
• Supplement dinner adult: € 30 (beverages excluded)
• Supplement dinner child from 6 to 12 years: € 22 (beverages excluded)
• Children from 3 to 5 upon consumption

Apartments’ rental price includes the use of water, electricity, gas and the final cleaning. It also includes the supply of bed-sheets, bathroom and kitchen towels. An extra supply on Wednesday is provided during weekly rents. The price of the rooms includes the daily cleaning of the room by our staff. During the months of June, July and August the rents of the apartments/rooms are only weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Minimum 3/4 nights stay during festivities and long weekends. 2 nights in all other periods. Apartments and rooms are available after 3pm on the arrival day.
